Warranty and Delivery

We do not currently allow pick-up orders.

All orders to be paid via Check or Money Order will not be dispatched until payment has been received and the check or money order has been cleared and processed. Please contact us by opening a contact ticket for more information on this payment method.

The Vapor Station is open Monday through Friday 10:00 AM CST through 10:00 PM CST. We do not fulfill orders on weekends. Please allow 12-36 hours for the arrangement and dispatch of your order.

Warranty claims should be expected to be fulfilled, arranged, and dispatched within 5-7 business days of receipt of defective goods unless otherwise stated in direct correspondence.


We offer a 2-day money back guarantee on all hardware products of which all packaging is untampered, undamaged, and fully in tact. If product has been tampered, damaged, or removed from package, warranty is void and return shipping must be paid by warranty claimant.

No reasons or explanations for full returns are necessary, but all shipping fees are at be incurred at the expense of the claimant unless otherwise stated by a member of the The Vapor Station team. All merchandise must arrive at our warehouse in original, unopened, un-tampered packaging or a refund will not be granted. A copy of your original invoice must also be included in your returned order. Any messages left within the returned shipment containing comments, suggestions or any other information will be noted.

We do not fulfill Manufacturer Warranties. We will assist in arranging contact between customers and manufacturers to ensure a smooth warranty process, but all hardware warranty claim issues rest solely between customers and the manufacturer. A 24-hour DOA warranty applies to all mechanical and/or electrical hardware. No DOA warranty applies for cartridges, cartomizers, non-mechanical, or non-electrical hardware items.

If for any reason we unexpectedly run out of stock on a particular liquid strength in a pending order, we will send the nearest strength available. This is not grounds for a warranty or unfulfilled shipment claim. If for any reason we run out of stock on a particular liquid flavor, we will send the most similar flavor available. We will always attempt contact with the customer before dispatching orders with stock-related issues.

For sanitary purposes, The Vapor Station neither offers refunds for, nor recognizes warranty claims on cartridges, cartomizers, atomizers, drip tips, or e-liquid products.

We reserve the right to refuse and/or cancel any and all orders. All zero-profit hardware sales, including clearance goods and promotion-related sales, to be shipped internationally must be purchased with eliquid. All international orders must be paid for with cards from the same name, billing address and country as the shipping address. We do not ship to international PO Boxes unless orders are paid for with Bitcoin, Ether, Litecoin, or other cryptocurrencies.

Our shipping rates and standards are as follows:

Shipping and Handling rates for Domestic USA: 
All of our shipping rates are weight-based. We currently offer only the USPS (United States Postal Service) tiered options for domestic shipping. USPS First Class options are available for orders under 13 ounces. 

USPS shipping time estimates: 

-First Class – 3 to 10 business days. 
-Priority Mail – 2 to 5 business days. 
-Priority Mail Express – 1-2 days, most often Next Day
(Please notify us by phone for EMS shipments. Only ‘Next Day’ when placed before 2:00 PM CST unless otherwise stated.) 

Shipping and Handling rates for International Orders: 

All of our shipping rates are weight-based. We currently offer only the USPS (United States Postal Service) tiered options for international shipping. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit for international orders – please hedge yourself against this possibility. Priority Standard and Priority Express International parcels are automatically insured. It is highly suggested customers purchase track-able shipping options on all international orders. If you live in a country that disallows the import of electronic cigarette or e-liquid products, and you place an order at this storefront, we can not be held liable for customs seizures, refusals, or returns. Charge-backs for such instances will be challenged. Please order at your own risk if such policies apply to you and your country of delivery. 

USPS shipping time estimates (international): 

-First Class International Parcel – 6 to 15 business days. 
-Priority Mail International – 4 to 10 business days. 
-Priority Mail Express International – 2 to 5 business days.
